This notice covers enquiries and appointment booking through the SamVision website. It does not describe how clinical records are managed or replace information provided by the clinic during care.
Information you provide
When you contact the clinic through the website, you may provide your name, email address, phone number and message. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and coordinate a requested appointment. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive medical information in a general website message.
Appointment booking
The Bole online booking calendar uses Microsoft Bookings. Information entered in that calendar is handled through Microsoft’s service and made available for the clinic’s appointment management. Other branches can be contacted using the telephone numbers shown on the website. Please read the Microsoft Privacy Statement before using the online calendar.
Website hosting and external services
The website is hosted by Webflow. Hosting and embedded services may process technical information, such as IP address, browser details and cookies, to deliver and operate their services. See Webflow’s Privacy Policy for its practices. When you follow a map or another external link, that provider’s own privacy information applies.

Contact SamVision through the Contact page or your branch telephone number if you have a privacy question or want to ask about information you have submitted. The clinic can explain what it holds and how your request can be handled.
